CJ VINA AGRI PROMOTES MEAT MASTER CLEAN MEAT DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL AT GS25 CONVENIENT STORE CHAIN

In the third quarter of 2021, CJ Vina Agri officially cooperated with GS25 convenience store chain to expand Meat Master clean meat stores in Ho Chi Minh City.

CJ Vina Agri has officially expanded Meat Master clean meat distribution channel at GS25, a "Korean standard" convenience store chain.

During the 4th wave of the Covid-19 pandemic with a new strain, Ho Chi Minh City was impacted the most. Since July 2021, the closure of traditional markets has triggered a rapid increase in the demand for essential goods supplied by supermarkets and convenience stores. Grasping the market trend, CJ Vina Agri set the urgent renovation of Meat Master distribution system as a key plan for the development of its livestock business in 2021. At the same time, to meet the needs of consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, especially during the outbreak period, CJ Vina Agri has officially expanded Meat Master clean meat distribution channel into GS25, a "Korean standard" convenience store chain.

To succeed in cooperating with one of the "retail giants", Meat Master had to pass strict standards set by the partner. In addition to the production process and materials meeting high standards, Meat Master must also meet all requirements for transportation security, policies for employees, contractors, partners, social responsibility standards, and strict regulations on the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is known that Meat Master products are processed in compliance with CJ Vina Agri's exclusive pig raising process of "180+1 Perfect Days". After being raised for 180 days, pigs are transported to a slaughterhouse certified by the government. The process of such pigs is carried out within the same day in a cold environment to keep the meat perfectly fresh and ensure the uniform size and weight for each packaged portion. During the entire production process, CJ Vina Agri's staff perform strict quality inspections.

It is planned that by the end of 2021, CJ Vina Agri will cooperate with many other supermarket chains like AEON Mall, Lotte, VinMart, Bach Hoa Xanh, and King Food to achieve the long-term motto of "making Meat Master products available in any supermarkets and convenient stores.”
