During the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, CJ Vina Agri factories in the South quickly activated the "3 on-site" plan in compliance with the policy of the provincial and city governments. For 20 years of establishment and development, it has been the first time that all employees of CJ Vina Agri have to perform both production activities and prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic at the same time.
The entire factory was disinfected before the deployment of the "3 on-site" plan
To deal with the complicated situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the strict enforcement of Directive 16 in 19 southern provinces and cities was quickly performed to support the fight against the pandemic and bring people back to normal life. Accordingly, the southern provinces started to apply the "3 on-site" or "centralized accommodations and workplaces" plans among enterprises. Following and accompanying the local government in the prevention of the pandemic, CJ Vina Agri factory in Long An province quickly deployed the 3-onsite plan to maintain safe continuous operation, avoiding interruption of the supply chain for farming households, farms, and consumers.
Before starting the "3 on-site" mode, all employees received Covid-19 tests
Before starting the "3 on-site" mode, factories conducted disinfection spraying, rapid tests, and/or PCR tests for employees subject to the regulations of each province. All employees having negative results were arranged to eat and stay right in their workplaces to be ready to resume production activities under the "3 on-site" plan.
Currently, every day all employees of CJ Vina Agri are provided with at least 4 nutritious meals, essential necessities, and other benefits and allowances.
