Job Fields Detailed Work Qualifications
  1. Network plan, solution:

– Creating new network plan in each plant (include new plant)

– Checking network standards wireless & non wireless

– Creating policy for using smart device with internal network

– Checking network security standards in each plant

– Checking hold issue in internal network, sharing data

  1. Business process analyze:

– Implement all business process in IT basis (incidents, stationary, business strip, recruitment process, competitor data …)

– Checking application black list in client PC and in CJ VINA network

– Creating rules for skipping security standards

  1. Other responsibilities:

– Willing to go for travel by supporting others plant within CJ group.

– Daily check system, server machines, internet & network connection and report to IT leader, HR manager and BOD on time.

Requirements:

–  Have Bachelor degree or higher

–  English equivalent to B or Toeic >= 500

–  Knowledge in network and system

–  Knowledge SQL script, one coding language.

–  Having knowledge, experience in ERP SAP is plus

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Training roll:
– Culture training: Training CJ Culture (CJ Spirit, CJ Way, 6 Working culture, Ethics…) for employee yearly
– Orrientation for newcomers
– Coordinate with CJ Group Vietnam to implement training programs that requested by CJ Cheil Jedang.
– Manage training document follow company training procedures.
– Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
– Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and company expectations
– Implement a wide variety of training methods
– Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
– Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
– Make yearly and quarterly training budget including outsourcing training – if any
– Manage yearly training budget to meet company constraint
– Provide opportunities for ongoing development
– Solve critical employee relation within company side if any
– Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
– Coordinate with HR managers and department managers continue develop to enrich current training program to meet the company demand in each period time
2. Admin task
– Support head quarter (HQ) HR manager to arrange all the company meeting and celebration event.
– Monthly organize the monthly Green Day activities within plant area.
– Others task will be assigned by HQ HR manager and BOD.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Good training skill
– Teamwork skill
– Willing to go for business within Vietnam plants
– Experience in work as a Junior training manager at least 5 years
– Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
– Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
– Strong report writing and record keeping ability
– Good computer and database skills
– Fluency English speaking and writing
– BA degree in education, human resources or relevant field
– Working at Long AN Plant: Ben Luc District, Long An Province

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Prepare tax returns, follow up tax filling and tax payment by due date for Long An and other plants
– Prepare Corporate Income Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax returns, and Personal Income Tax report for BOD
– Review and support on the preparation of Value Added Tax returns
– Prepare documents to apply DTA where applicable
– Support and follow up the submission of all tax returns and tax payment by due date
– Reconcile the tax payable with tax authorities on quarterly basis
2. Check & Adjust before Closing
– Check all tax expenses recorded in the system
3. Review contracts/ documents for tax compliance purpose, support other divisions during the course of business operation
– Review contracts and make necessary adjustments from tax perspective
– Support other team on tax-related issues during the course of operation
– Inform other team member any changes on tax regulations that have impacts on their daily work
4. Liaise with tax authority during tax audit
5. Seek confirmation of tax authorities on unclear issue
6. Work with IT team to develop the e-invoice software

– At least 5 year experiences in tax
– Fluently in English

Miêu tả công việc:

  1. Feeding trial/ thử nghiệm thức ăn:

 

– Conduct feeding trial for feed performance evaluation base on new product improvement/Thử nghiệm đánh giá cải thiện năng suất chăn nuôi (trên các sản phẩm được phát triển, cải tiến)

– Conduct new product feeding trial/ Thử nghiệm sản phẩm thức ăn mới

  1. Product development/Phát triển sản phẩm:

– Competitors sample for analysis & evaluation result/ Lấy mẫu đối thủ cạnh tranh để phân tích và đánh giá về sản phẩm thức ăn cho heo

– Collect Feed trial result evaluation and POP evaluation /Thu thập thông tin và đánh giá kết quả thí nghiệm.

Develop new product, new raw material, new technique application/ Phát triển sản phẩm mới, nguyên liệu, kỹ thuật mới trong sản phẩm thức ăn cho heo.

– Visit dealer, customer and farmer/ Thăm trại khách hàng và hỗ trợ nhân viên thị trường.

– Design feeding program, consulting feed management and animal health management for pig at farm/ Lập chương trình cho ăn, tư vấn kỹ thuật dinh dưỡng và bệnh trên heo

– Collecting competitor, market information/ Theo dõi tình hình đối thủ, thị trường (Năng suất, yêu cầu của khách hàng)

Yêu cầu/ requirement

Have knowledge about aqua animal nutrition/ Am hiểu về dinh dưỡng  cho heo

– At least 2 year experience in swine R&T/ ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệp về kỹ thuật cho heo

Good communication skill/ Kĩ năng giao tiếp tốt

Can communication by English well/ Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh.

Teamwork skill/ Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

Capable of high presure/ Chịu được áp lực cao

Can go business far/ Có thể đi công tác xe

Can use good Microsoft office software (Excel, word, power point…/ Sử dụng tốt các phần mền Microsoft (Excel, word, power point…).
