Description

POSITION: HR SENIOR ANALYST (in charge of C&B)

  • Department: Business Management
  • Team: HR
  • Reporting line: Head of HR Team
  • Working location: Long An - Head Office (Highway 1A, My Yen Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An), around 4km from Binh Chanh Market, HCMC, and around 30-40 minutes from HCMC downtown by company shuttle bus. Please click here for further information of shuttle bus routes.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Payroll and insurance implementation

- Take full responsibility for the whole payroll process, including but not limited to data collection and consolidation (timekeeping, salary, overtime, promotion, etc.), payroll processing, and payment.

- Be responsible for managing other processes related to employees’ payroll such as newcomers, rotation, resignation, etc.

- Implement PIT registration and finalization for employees.

- Compare Social Insurance (SI) data and SI Authority’s notice, prepare payment requests of SI, resolve all ad-hoc and administrative requests related to Social Insurance.

- Prepare periodically required reports (headcount, insurance, payroll, etc.).

II. HR system management

- Be the administrator of the HR system to ensure data (leaves, yearly performance appraisal) are accurate and timely updated.

- Labor Document Management: manage and monitor labor contract, employee transactions (promotion, salary change), labor contract appendix, termination, disciplinary and termination.

III. Salary policy management

- Design and implement salary scheme, compensation, and benefits policies.

- Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc.

IV. C&B Planning

- Prepare and update HR budgets and planning: Headcount Plan, Personnel cost and other cost related to HR.

- Compare the cost of the current personnel situation with the planned plan, including arising factors, and propose solutions.

V. Others

- HR report and other duties related to that assigned by Manager or/and Director.

- Update new regulations/ policies/ government regulations for company’s BOD and employees.

  • Monday to Thursday (8:00 - 17:30)
  • Friday (8:00 - 17:00)
  • Saturday: biweekly (08:00 - 12:00)
  • Lunch break: 1 hour (12:00 - 13:00)

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably working for multinational company with large database.

- Solid knowledge in local, expatriate practices and policies for benefits & compensation.

- Foreign language: English

- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must.

- Other skills: Data analysis skills

- Experience in system management and adaptability with new systems.
