Position: DATA ANALYST

  • Reporting line: CEO & CFO
  • Working location: Long An - Head Office (Highway 1A, My Yen Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An), around 4km from Binh Chanh Market, HCMC, and around 30-40 minutes from HCMC downtown by company shuttle bus. Please click here for further information of shuttle bus routes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Board of Directors (CEO, CFO) in performing deep dive analytics in order to establish, manage management reports; reporting systems and provide analysis based on requests.

1/ Receiving and collecting data

- Proactive to accurately understand data/ reports to cooperate with related departments to complete the reports as assigned.

- Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect data on timely basis.

2/ Data analysis and reporting

- Analyze and compile business data.

- Prepare periodic management reports (on monthly and quarterly basis).

- Ad-hoc report preparation.

3/ Other tasks assigned by BODs.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Education: B.A. or MBA. Major: Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration.

- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably Manufacturing Enterprises, Multinational corporation.

- High proficiency in English.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

- Good data visualization skills.

- Good analytical and reasoning skills.
