JOB PURPOSE

Assist Head of Department in formulating policies, managing and supervising the implementation to ensure that the operations in the company comply with the provisions of the law and related policies. As a result, company rights and interests will be protected and business operations can be supported effectively as potential risks which may occur can be avoided.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Compliance (65%)

  • Coordinate within the team to set up compliance audit plan, conduct compliance audit and release compliance audit report and keep follow up for the improvement action plan to secure a high level of legal compliance and mitigate/avoid the risks for company.
  • Carry out investigations for cases reported as violations of various policies/ethical behavior. Handle disputes and litigation process as assigned.
  • Corporate governance to prepare and provide guidance to internal business units on the compliance with government regulations and support for the Company’s compliance function related to licensing and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare the training documents, posters, stickers... to share/train to employee about compliance.
  • Prepare compliance checklist and process the evaluation at BUs, Branches, Plants. Make a compliance report.
  • Update and manage compliance documents to the internal Legal & Compliance System.
  • Ensure compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization to ensure that the organization is complying with all laws, industry codes of conduct, company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a network of key contacts in government and industry organizations to ensure early notification of key regulatory and legal changes, and other legal issues.
  • Manage the company's seal and ensure compliance with the seal management process.

2. Legal (30%)

  • Support to check legal risks arising before, during and after the implementation of various types of contracts.
  • Support to handle disputes arising during the implementation of the contract in the Criminal and Civil segments.

3. Other tasks (5%)

  • Other tasks assigned by Manager and BODs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: B.A. or MBA. Major: Law or related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years of relevant working experience in the Law Firm, Enterprises.
- Good English skills.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Team oriented and service mind, good communication skills.
