Manager of SP team

Job Descriptions:

1. Main tasks:

1. SAP-CO closing and SAP works:

• Manage monthly closing for CO module;
• Check / set rules / explain the result for closing, new setting up in SAP, join and build new process.

2. Control management reporting works from team member:

• Consolidate P&L data from Vietnam Feed and Livestock BU;
• Perform P&L by species for Feed BU;
• Join planning for next year and 3year long-term plan;
• Prepare Package report for SEA2 (Vietnam, Cambodia) for Result / Forecasting / Preclosing / next-year Plan/ 3-year long-term Plan.

3. Manage yearly Internal audit (K-Sox):

• Work with Vietnamese Auditing firm and CJCJ to implement phases of KSOX;
• Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of KSox things.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to continuous improvement.

4. Competitor Analysis:

• Simulate and Analyze Competitor’s P&L;
• Collect or search market & competitor information which is ordered by BODs
