Working location: Long An - Head Office (Company shuttle bus is provided)

1. HR SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

  • Be responsible for the operation, development, implementation and maintenance of HR System (gHR, eHR, etc.) related to the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource Team planning and activities.
  • Prepare HR decisions such as Decision on appointment, dismissal/ decision on transfer/ promotion/ organization restructure…and reflect in the HR System. Support and coordinate with HR staff of BUs and perform Helpdesk function related to HRIS.
  • Handle organization structure chart design, hierarchy ranking system to maintain the consistency between the actual structure and the uploaded data in the system. Work close with stakeholders to ensure the master employee data matching with company structure, functional department, job grade.
  • Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to monitor and upgrade the system according to the situation and needs at the time.

2. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION MANAGEMENT

  • Be responsible for the whole assessment process in Performance Management Development System (PMDS), belonging to HR System of the Company, including Goal setting, Mid-year review, Performance evaluation, Feedback.
  • Monitor and track the status of employee performance evaluation. Ensure a smooth implementation of the process to meet the timeline and standards
  • Support HR Manager to handle the implementation of talent review programs, action planning, succession plans.

​​​​​​​3. REPORT MANAGEMENT

  • Be responsible for all of the general reports related to HR.

​​​​​​​          - ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​General reports related to headcounts, etc.

          - Periodic labor reports as stipulated by Vietnamese Law.

  • Education: University/ Master, major in HR Management or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in HRIS, HR Planning, preferably working for multinational company with large database.
  • Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must.
  • Experience in system management and adaptability with new systems.
  • Attention to details with high accuracy.
  • High sense of confidentiality.
