1. Daily IT support
- Support end users for all IT issues: PC hardware, install software, printers, fax, telephone, network, projector….in all plants and warehouses.
- Setup/ repair PCs, printer, network equipment. Install /uninstall windows, system software, security software, etc
2. Deloy Information Security standard in plant
- Install security software in all PCs.
- Manage wireless system, change wireless password every 3 months.
- Update new version of software.
- Uninstall no license software in end users’ PCs.
3. Ensure network connection
- Ensure connection from end user's PC to server machines.
- Work with internet supplier for solving network issues. Ensure that down time must be less than 48 hours/year.
4. Manage telephone station
- Setup new telephone line number.
- Setup new signal cable.
- Contact telephone vendor for repairing error line.
- Replace old signal cable.
- Configure the telephone station.
5. Manage camera system
- Fix error cameras + setup camera storage equipment.
- Repair old cameras which are in error status. Maybe replace analog cameras by IP cameras for the best performance included: best video quality, decrease cost, easy for management.
- Make report and install new cameras if there are requests from production part or BOD.
- Manage camera storage in central area.
6. Support email system, manage photocopy & printer, video conference meeting room
7. Manage IT device list
Other tasks will be assigned by line manager and BODs.
