Employee ID registration, Labor contract preparation and management
Run, monitor and report daily C&B works including daily timekeeping, monthly payroll, social insurance, termination process and final payment for resigned employees
Company property insurance management, healthcare for BoD and AD
Accommodation management for BoD
Birthday gifts, toxic allowance and travel business fee payment for employees
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
University graduate in related fields
Prefer 1 year experience in C&B role in foreign companies with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel) and other related softwares
Experience in working with HR Management system
Good at communication & customer-oriented
English communication both speaking & writing
Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
Mature, careful and result-oriented
Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
