Recruitment Specialist

Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools to select right people for the right job
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Participating in setting up job descriptions for vacancies
- To be in charge for full cycle of recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing; candidate assessing…) for assigned vacancies
- Monitor hiring agenda whole year & staff movement plan to support business plan.
- Monitor headcount plan and control annual recruitment budget.
- Maintain accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system
- Deploy on-boarding process and coordinate with training team for new staff orientation training.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment report as requested.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager/BoDs
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- 2 – 4 year working experience in recruitment, prefer having recruitment experience in animal feed/livestock field
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks of recruitment services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Open-minded and innovative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software
