General Affair Staff

* Work location: My Yen Village, Ben Luc District, Long An Province

* Bus pick up: yes (from district 10/ An Suong to Ben Luc and Ben Luc to District 10/ An Suong)

  • Making and follow up quarterly employee uniform within company budget
  • Support HR manager follow up insurance contracts, Renting car contracts, company property insurance and others business contract
  • Daily, weekly and monthly having good management car policy to minimize the cost
  • To arrange car for employees go to business when they need
  • Daily and weekly checking security team and weekly report to HR manager and BOD
  • Monthly collecting stationeries requirement from others department and report to HR manager
  • Monthly calculate gasoline consumer, tolls fee of company car
  • Supporting: BOD rent housing, renew the housing contract, do liquidation contract (if any)
  • Supporting: work permit, resident card all needed document related foreigner.
  • Take responsibility of office equipment to make plan for maintenance, buying new one.
  • Others task will be assigned by HR manager
  • HR team, OMC team and company Depts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Honest, fast react, service skill
  • Teamwork
  • Strongly report writing and verbal reporting skill
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Knowledge in economic contract
  • At least 2 years experience in general affair job
  • College or above in any subject, English is preferable
  • Good English in reading and writing skill
